PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

Version: 1.0

July 20, 2026

As Dataconnecta (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), we attach great importance to the privacy and personal data security of our visitors using our Finly Analytica and Finly AI products. This Privacy Policy has been prepared to explain what data is collected, how it is used, and with whom it is shared during your visit to the Platform.

1. COLLECTED DATA AND PURPOSE OF USE

1.1.

Account Registration and Login Data (via Wix Infrastructure): When you register or log in to the Platform using your email address directly, or via third-party providers like Google and other social media links, our Wix infrastructure securely collects your email address, basic profile name, and the exact date and time (timestamp) of your registration. Purpose: This data is strictly kept to authenticate your identity, secure your account, manage your subscription, and create an immutable, legally valid timestamp log to prove your consent to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in the event of a dispute.

1.2.

Automatically Collected System Data (IP & Logs): Standard web server log data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the pages you visit on the Platform, your visit durations, and click metrics. Purpose: IP addresses and system logs are kept exclusively to ensure the technical security of the Platform, prevent malicious activities (such as reverse engineering, bot attacks, or spam), and fulfill our legal obligations regarding digital access logs.

1.3.

Finly AI Interaction Data (Logs): The texts (prompts/commands) you enter into the Finly AI assistant, the questions you ask, and the responses generated by the system.

1.4.

Finly Analytica Usage Data: Your viewing preferences on financial statements, the charts you examine, and your dashboard interactions provided on the Platform.

2. FINLY AI LOGS AND AI INFRASTRUCTURE

2.1.

The contents of your conversations with Finly AI may be anonymized and stored to measure response accuracy, detect hallucination (false information) rates, and improve our service quality.

2.2.

Finly AI may utilize third-party large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) as its infrastructure. The commands (prompts) you enter into the system are processed via the APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) of these providers to generate responses. In accordance with our data privacy standards, the data transmitted to these third-party providers is NOT USED to train their own artificial intelligence models.

2.3.

Users MUST ABSOLUTELY NOT enter sensitive personal data such as National Identity Numbers, bank account information, credit card passwords, portfolio sizes, or other confidential information into the Finly AI interface. The user is responsible for any privacy breaches arising from the failure to comply with this rule.

3. FINLY ANALYTICA DATA AND TERMINAL USAGE

3.1.

The personalized dashboards, watchlists, search history, and saved chart settings you create on the Finly Analytica financial terminal are securely stored on our servers to provide you with a seamless and customized terminal experience

3.2.

Your preferences regarding the stocks, cryptocurrencies, or other financial instruments you analyze on the terminal are strictly for your personal use. Information about which financial assets you examine or add to your watchlist is never shared with third-party brokerage firms, fund management companies, or advertisers.

3.3.

For your security, you must not enter your actual bank account numbers or passwords into any potential note or portfolio tracking areas within the terminal. Saved financial preferences and terminal interactions may only be used in "fully anonymized" statistical analyses to measure which modules of the system are most frequently used.

4. ADVERTISING PARTNERSHIPS AND ANONYMOUS METRICS (DATA SHARING)

4.1.

The Platform does not use automated advertising networks (e.g., Google AdSense) as a revenue model. Advertising spaces are allocated to direct and fixed contracted firms (sponsors).

4.2.

Under no circumstances does the Platform SHARE, SELL, or RENT users' personal data (name, email address, contact information, chat history with Finly AI) with advertisers, sponsors, or other third parties.

4.3.

Only fully anonymized, aggregated traffic metrics are reported to our advertising partners so they can measure the performance of their sponsorship agreements (e.g., "The ad banner was viewed 10,000 times and clicked 500 times this month"). No user's identity can be determined from these statistics.

5. COOKIE POLICY AND THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

5.1.

Because third-party advertising networks are not used, there are no tracking cookies on the Platform that track users across the internet.

5.2.

The Platform uses only "Strictly Necessary Cookies" required for the system to perform its basic functions, remember user preferences (e.g., light/dark theme selection), and ensure fundamental security measures.

5.3.

Finly Analytica Embedded Reports: Financial charts and reports on Finly Analytica are embedded into the platform using third-party data visualization tools (e.g., Google Looker/Data Studio). These providers may process the user's IP address or place their own strictly necessary service cookies in your browser to ensure the technical proper display of the reports and to measure system performance.

6. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION PERIOD

6.1.

Collected data is protected using reasonable technological security measures to prevent data breaches, unauthorized access, and data loss.

6.2.

Logs and chat data collected during the Test and MVP (Minimum Viable Product) phase are retained for as long as they serve the project's development goals, and are permanently deleted from our systems once this purpose ceases to exist.

6.3.

Legal consent logs (timestamps and IP addresses recorded during account creation) are securely retained for the duration required by applicable commercial and consumer protection laws to defend against potential legal disputes.
